1. Eligibility for Refund

Our money-back guarantee applies only to hosting services purchased directly from o3host.com - To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days from the date of your initial purchase of hosting services. Refund requests received after this period will not be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your payment was made via a credit card or bank transfer, the refund will be credited back to the same account. Refunds for payments made through other methods may be subject to additional processing fees or alternative refund methods.

2. Exclusions from Refund

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

  • Domain Name Registration: Fees for domain name registration or renewal are non-refundable. Once a domain name is registered or renewed, it becomes your property for the duration of the registration term.
  • Add-on Services: Any fees paid for add-on services, such as SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or additional storage, are non-refundable.
  • Violation of Terms of Service: If you have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in any activities that breach our acceptable use policy, your hosting service will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Hosting Issues: A refund will not be issued if the issue is not related to the hosting/services listed as per the package on our website.
  • Data Migrated Customers: A refund will not be issued if the customer has used the data migration service.

3. How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund within the eligible timeframe, please follow these steps:

    • Your O3 Host account username
    • The date of your hosting service purchase
    • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Note: If you have cancelled your service prior to requesting a refund, then the refund request wil not be entertained.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved and verified, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:

  • Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 working days of approval. However, the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment method.
  • Deductions: Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
